- You are solely responsible for making a selection of a mechanic or other service.
- DriverSide does not receive any portion of any mechanic service fees charged by any mechanic or repair facility. Any fee arrangements and mechanic services are strictly between you and the mechanic you select.
- Your contact with, or use of a mechanic contacted via Mechanic Services, does not create an mechanic-client relationship between DriverSide and you.
- Mechanic Services and the individual mechanics represented by them, provide information to DriverSide which DriverSide does not verify, validate or confirm, except as expressly stated by DriverSide.
- DriverSide does not endorse any particular mechanic or mechanical service and cannot guarantee the quality, or reliability of any mechanic or diagnostic services provided by any of these Mechanical Services.
- If you use DriverSide Mechanic Services, you agree that: IN NO EVENT SHALL DRIVERSIDE BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS OR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE.
- THE MECHANIC SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS, AS AVAILABLE" BASIS AND DRIVERSIDE MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE MECHANIC SERVICES.
- DriverSide may amend these terms at any time in its sole discretion by posting the amended terms and conditions on its website.
DriverSide is a Venue; Release
DriverSide acts as a venue for entertainment purposes to allow anyone to ask or answer just about any question, at anytime, from anywhere. EMERGENCY QUESTIONS AND CRISIS SITUATIONS should be directed immediately by telephone or in-person to qualified professionals. DriverSide is not the appropriate venue to deal with emergency or crisis situations. In addition, we are not involved in the actual conversation between Users and Experts. DriverSide does not edit, modify, filter, screen, or otherwise monitor the content of questions, answers, profiles, qualifications or comments or have any obligation to monitor the content. As a result, we have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the answers given, the truth or accuracy of the answers or the ability of Experts to answer questions. Because we are a venue, in the event that you have a dispute with one or more users, you release DriverSide (and our officers, directors, agents, parents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) from any and all claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
